Career
She currently works as an associate attorney at LH Abogados, specializing in the area of litigation and offering consulting and advisory services, in the civil and corporate areas, as well as criminal and laboral. She has led multiple cases before the courts of the Dominican Republic for companies in the medical and insurance sectors, as well as having relevant participation in matters of franchises, permits and recently in the area of Corporate Criminal Law.
She began her career in the logistics business, forming part of the legal team of the company Marítima Dominicana, S.A.S. where she had the opportunity to supervise contractual processes in the commercial, corporate and labor areas, participating in important transactions, acquisitions and mergers. Also participated actively in the adaptation of the protocols to regulate remote work, in compliance with resolution RES 23/2020 presented by the Labor Ministry of the Dominican Republic.
