Litigation Manager (Private Law) Specialist in constitutional law and its application in civil law, design of litigation strategies, corporate, commercial, mercantile law, civil law and civil liability, economic crimes, permits and consulting.

Career

Auribel Mera began her professional career at the National School of the Judiciary, contributing to the training of judges in the national justice system. Later, she began collaborating with the Department of Public Policies of the Supreme Court of Justice. This collaboration in projects with an educational perspective in law led her to start a new chapter as a Local Consultant for an international NGO called the International Association Of Women Judges. being an essential part of the project to strengthen the Judiciary against gender violence, implemented by said institution in 2016.

Due to her interest in human rights and her previous experience in projects of this nature, she became part of the staff of one of the Dominican Constitutional Court, in that institution she remained for 5 years, until decides to venture into the private practice of consulting and dispute resolution. By 2021 she becomes part of LH Abogados Consultores as a litigation manager (Private Law), where she leads strategies in medical civil liability, corporate law and economic criminal law, as well as consultancy in permitting in administrative areas and corporate legal advice, coordinating the team of lawyers under his direction in the areas related to private law.
