RHOM Advogados is a real estate and registry law boutique founded in 1987 with the purpose of providing tailor-made legal services, focused on the specific demands of each client, based on our deeply valued standards of professionalism, straightforwardness and readiness.

Our team is highly qualified and performs in an integrated and cohesive manner to develop strategies, help clients make appropriate decisions and execute tasks, always seeking innovative and safe solutions.

In its areas of expertise, RHOM Advogados advises its national and foreign clients in the development of contractual, corporate and tax structures for businesses and real estate projects, land regularization, registry matters and judicial and arbitration disputes involving real estate aspects.

We are known for creating solid and long-lasting relationships with our clients, among which are large economic groups, such as Península Participações (Abilio Diniz’ family office, which has been our client for more than15 years), and large and medium-sized real estate developers and construction companies, such as EZtec, Engeform (over 30 years), Bratke (over 10 years), Mitre Realty, Conceito Construtora and Barbara. We also advise investors interested in expanding their investment portfolio in the real estate segment.

In 2021, the office had a 17% growth in its revenue and our team was expanded by 60% in number of employees. We participated in several real estate transactions involving an aggregate amount of approximately BRL 2.5 billion.
