Ontier Chile's banking and finance department was created in December 2022 when banking, finance and regulatory specialist Javier Edwards was recruited from EDN Abogados to head up the practice; he has extensive in-house experience at entities such as BBVA (Chile and New York) and Finning South America, and since his arrival has also been appointed office managing partner - effective as of May 2023.
