JUAN PAOLO D. LORICA* obtained his Juris Doctor degree from the University of the Philippines (Diliman) in 2014. He was awarded the Dean’s Service Award. For his undergraduate degree, he finished Legal Management in San Beda College with Academic Distinction and a cum laude’s grade point average.

Prior to joining SPCMB, he worked for then Congresswoman Mar-len Abigail S. Binay in the House of Representatives. He also served briefly as Alternate Assistant Corporate Secretary for the Local Water Utilities Administration.

In 2020, he obtained his Master of Science (MSc.) degree specializing in Development and International Business from Queen Mary University of London as a Chevening scholar.

Mr. Lorica is currently on official leave from SPCMB as he serves as the Chief-of-Staff of Hon. Luis N. Campos, the Representative of the 2nd District of Makati in the Philippines’ House of Representatives.
