Rafael is specialised in commercial and corporate law, contracting, M&A and due diligence.

He counts with wide experience in national and international transactions, M&A, commercial contracting, corporate law and in general commercial legal aspects.

​Rafael is the head of strategy of the international expansion of the firm, being the link between the Madrid headquarters and the United Arab Emirates offices.

​Additionally, he’s Secretary and Member of the Board of several companies.

​Rafael has a law degree from the San Pablo CEU University of Madrid, a master’s degree in International Management from the Instituto de Empresa of Madrid and is member of the Bar Association of Madrid.
