Benan Arı graduated from Gazi University, Faculty of Law with an honors degree. She obtained an LLM degree from Université de Rennes 1 (Rennes – France). Her specializations are competition law, consumer law, and advertising law. She is currently pursuing a Ph.D. degree in private law at Marmara University. Given that she is currently pursuing her Ph.D. degree, she evaluates legal matters from an academic point of view. She is also able to adapt her Ph.D. studies such as the law of contracts and obligations to her work in competition law which sets an important aspect for her clients.

Benan Arı has a good command of the sectoral and technical legislation, as she has been consulting important sector associations for many years. Alongside her consultancy services in different fields of law, she specializes in conducting compliance programs for her clients. This includes but is not limited to providing trainings to the employees of her clients and conducting mock on-site inspections to identify any risks that her clients may possess.

Benan Arı has a strong ability to adapt her knowledge to a large range of sectors due to her work with leading companies in different sectors. Benan Arı has been providing legal assistance and giving consultancy to a large number of clients since 2010. She extensively advises clients on competition law, consumer law, and advertising law and provides consultancy on contract law, and labor law. She represented many clients in a variety of sectors including automotive, oil, cosmetics, durable consumer goods, and insurance.
