Tanay Özkan Sılaoğlu is the partner of Kızılyel&Partners and leads the Litigation Department. She has over 14 years of experience in dealing with a full range of consultancy and litigation services, legal assistance and guidance relating to all matters of commercial law, the law of obligations, contract law, labor law and administrative law.

Also being a trademark and patent attorney, she provides legal assistance and litigation services on the protection and exploitation of IP rights in Turkey, the scope of work generally includes copyright, trademark, patent and industrial design infringements and opposition filings. Instead of directly filing formal court actions, She focuses on obtaining a commercial solution to a dispute and offers alternative solution proposals to clients. She follows up all processes from the beginning to the end very closely with the clients.
