• Advising Alandia Industries on the corporate aspects of the sale of the Carbone Savoie group to the Japanese Tokai Carbon
• Acquisition of a portfolio of assets from Bpifrance for a foreign investment fund
• Assistance to the founders of Michel and Augustin on the sale of their shares to the Danone group
• Advising Paris Inn Group on the creation of various joint ventures with foreign institutional investors and the setting up of club deals to acquire hotel assets
• Advising the Delachaux family during CDPQ’s minority investment in the Delachaux group.

Career

Frédéric Pinet joined Desfilis in 2011, after 20 years in international law firms, of which six years as Corporate Partner in the Paris office of Ashurst international law firm. He founded Moncey in 2021.

Education

Frédéric Pinet has a Maîtrise in Business Law from the Paris II Assas Université and holds a DESS in Business Law and Tax (Paris II – Panthéon Sorbonne).
