Career

Serenat Baytan provides consultancy services on preparation and negotiation of domestic and international agreements of various companies operating in different sectors, especially in automotive, advertising, cosmetics, logistics and e-commerce.

She has broad experience on leading due diligence processes and conducting merger and acquisition transactions in wholes stages by drafting and negotiating letters of intent, share purchase and shareholders agreements, asset transfer agreements, joint venture agreements, escrow agreements, share pledge agreements and loan agreements as well as the closing formalities and realization of the transfer of the shares.

She performs the establishment procedures of domestic and foreign capital companies, branches and liaison offices, as well as all kinds of corporate transactions.

​She advises clients on intellectual and artistic works, protection of trademarks – patents – industrial designs, license agreements,  social media and influencer agreements and various media and entertainment issues.

She represents clients to follow-up of all cases related with intellectual and industrial rights before civil and criminal courts and unfair competition, domestic and international transportation contracts, disputes regarding insurance and labor cases.
