Av. Dr. Elif Gökşen Köstem is a lawyer with expertise in criminal law, human rights law, refugee law, administrative law, international law, and international criminal law. She has conducted academic research on the subjects of her expertise at the Columbia Law School in New York. Prior to joining Günay & Erdoğan Attorneys-at-Law, Ms. Köstem worked for the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees and the International Criminal Court. Currently, she teaches International Criminal Law at Bilkent University’s Faculty of Law. As a valued member of our team, Ms. Köstem provides strategic legal services to clients in various areas of law, drawing on her extensive professional experience and expertise.

Ms Gökşen Köstem is also a part time lecturer at Bilkent University teaching international criminal law.
