Malack brings to INP more than 20 years of corporate commercial and general advisory experience in the region, advising on M&A transactions, project finance transactions, including public private partnerships (PPP), equity capital market transactions, including IPOs and rights issues.

Malack also provides corporate commercial advisory and day-to-day assistance to clients in the UAE and the region. She has been at the forefront of advising clients on re-domiciliation of foreign entities into UAE and has
successfully led several companies migrating into the ADGM. She has consistently throughout her career provided day-to day advice to clients on matters of structuring, re-structuring, employment, data protection and competition. She has advised a range of clients including Financial Institutions, Government entities and large multinationals, International Law Firms and local companies.

Malack is experienced in drafting and negotiating share purchase agreements, joint venture agreements/shareholder agreements, merger agreements, employment contracts other employment related documentation. Furthermore, She has extensive experience in advising on re organizations and legal due diligence required for the purposes of all sorts of transactional projects, including property acquisitions and implications of transactions on properties in general .

Prior to establishing IBRAHIM & PARTNERS, Malack was with Al Tamimi & Company (DIFC) for seven years as senior team member in the Corporate Commercial Department and before that she was a highly regarded senior
team member in leading law firms in Cairo Egypt for ten years, namely in the M&A and Project Finance teams of Zulficar & Partners and Shalakany Law Firm.
