Davy is the Founder and principal partner of Harvesting Law Firm.
Davy has been practicing law ever since 2007, and his expertise lies in intellectual property, cyber security, anti-unfair competition, franchising, commercial litigation and arbitration.
Davy has rich experiences in IPR protection practice serving the industry of apparel and footwear, luxury, detergents and cosmetics, industrial products, trades, culture communication, and toys.
Particularly, he has an unique advantage in dealing with difficult and complicated intellectual Property cases, in which he can combine investigation, raid actions, litigation in order to provide an all-rounded,one-stop IPR strategy.
