Career
Kate joined the firm in 1994 and became Department Head of the Residential Conveyancing Department in 1995. She has been Managing Partner of the firm since 1997. Kate has over 20 years experience in the conveyancing field. She deals with all aspects of residential conveyancing, both in relation to private and corporate clients. She has the ability to offer sound technical legal advice with a practical approach. During her time with the firm she has imposed strict quality controls and as a direct result she is on the approved panel of several of the leading relocation companies. This has led to a steady structured growth in number of the personnel in the Conveyancing Department. Kate also has joint responsibility for the management of the practice as a whole.
