Admitted as a solicitor in 2012, Gurdeep’s career has quickly prgessed to becoming a supervisor . She covers all areas of civil litigation & multi track cases. However, she has a particular specialism in Housing Law including the following:
representing vulnerable tenants on Housing issues covering, possession claims, homelessness appeals, anti-social behaviour injunctions including committal proceedings and unlawful evictions; drafting agreements and notices for private landlords to issuing pleadings, representation at court and instructing bailiffs
She has gained an excellent reputation in helping local homeless people and developed connections with local charities that support them.
