After graduating from Istanbul University Faculty of Law, Gökçe Türkoğlu accomplished the Istanbul Bilgi University Economics Law master degree program. After working as a associate in Gemicioğlu Law Office during her internship and studentship, she worked as an internal legal counsel and legal unit manager in various and different sectors for about 15 years.

After working as Legal Advisor at Turkcell İletişim Hizmetleri A.Ş., worked as Senior Legal Advisor at CarrefourSA Sabancı Ticaret Merkezi A.Ş., later, Gökçe worked in MMC Türkiye Group Companies as Legal and Compliance Director, then moved to Deloitte Turkey Companies as General Counsel  and Data Protection Officer (DPO). Gökçe specializes mainly in regulation law, corporate law and joint relations with investors, marketing law and privacy; internal compliance, competition, commercial law, labor law and contracts. By carrying out the role of the Turkey representative of the Association of Corporate Counsels (ACC), Gökçe has improved her expertise in producing solutions specific to the internal law departments of the Companies. Gökçe is currently instructor at the Ethics and Reputation Society (TEID) Compliance Management Academy.
