Career

From the very beginning of her career, Ivona’s practice focuses on dispute resolution, and employment. She advises the Firm’s clients in all employment related matters, from employment and management contracts to all related issues and disputes. By forming part of teams engaged with some of the largest employment restructuring processes in Croatia in the past, there is practically no aspect of employment law she has not advised on yet. 

Ivona has gained profound experience in all types of dispute resolution in various areas of law, including labour, civil, and commercial. Besides, she advises the Firm’s clients in public procurement matters, and, as a German speaking lawyer, Ivona represents the Firm’s clients from German-speaking areas.
