Career
Peter Fassl is a partner at HSP.law and heads the firm’s real estate team. He focuses in particular on advising investors and project development companies on the acquisition of land and the development of projects. This includes due diligence reviews, contract drafting and fiduciary contract execution including registration of entries with the land register.
Following his legal studies at the University of Vienna, Peter Fassl spent his training period as an articled clerk at a renowned Viennese law firm. After passing his bar exam, he joined HSP.law (then the law firm of Dr. Michael Hasberger) where he has been a partner since 2001.
