Marina Miljaković is a member of the Serbian Bar Association and the Belgrade Bar Association since February 2018. She completed her basic academic studies at the Faculty of Law, University of Belgrade in September 2017. She passed the bar exam in July 2020.
Marina Miljakovic has significant experience in the areas of labor law, commercial law, and intellectual property law.
In the area of labor law, she is very experienced in drafting the entire labor legal documentation, general acts, and employment contracts. During the past 5 years of membership in the Bar Association, Marina Miljakovic has gained significant experience in resolving disputes.
