Jusufovic & Partners law firm was created at the beginning of 2018 by a team of experts who have incorporated their long-standing knowledge and experience acquired during their careers in large law firms into independent practice that successfully operates within the Republic of Serbia and the region, in cooperation with domestic and foreign partners. Starting to grow successfully, JP law firm soon welcomed some of the uprising young attorneys who proved themselves to be capable to handle and ensure a more favorable outcome for rapid and efficient legal services in various areas of practice regarding legal problems their clients may encounter. The firm is highly specialized in dispute resolution and offers superior advisory services to domestic and international clients across a wide range of commercial, corporate, and financial issues.

Jusufovic & Partners has significant experience in complex commercial litigation and business disputes representing large international corporations, small and medium-size enterprises, as well as individual entrepreneurs and investors, both domestic and foreign, states and state-owned companies before state courts, authorities, and institutional/ad hoc arbitrations. They represent clients from different sectors of the economy – financial services, insurance, energy, mining, international trade, and retail, chemical, IT and telecommunications, construction and real estate, industrials (both manufacturing and infrastructure).

Jusufovic & Partners advises its clients in corporate and commercial matters, as well as in the areas of mining, real estate and construction, labor and IP law. JP law advises and represents clients from specific industry sectors which require advice on specific regulatory issues, such as mining, energy, aviation.
