Dusan Bajic is one of the most prospective young lawyers in domain of civil law, corporate and commercial law. During the past seven years of membership in the Bar Association, Dusan Bajic gained significant experience in dispute resolution, especially in corporate and commercial law. Dusan Bajic is a registered mediator, so he has the knowledge and experience in alternative ways of resolving disputes.
He has successfully represented and advised the largest international companies in the field of production and export of electricity, tobacco, and food products, as well as in disputes arising from such business operations.
In the construction, real estate, and mining sector Dusan Bajic advised and represented domestic and foreign companies in proceedings regarding the damage compensation, breach of the contract, warranty issues, termination of privatization contracts, complex bankruptcy procedures.
In the insurance, banking, and leasing sector, he advised and represented the biggest and the most successful companies and commercial banks in Europe.
Dusan Bajic is also experienced in intellectual property rights disputes (copyright, trademarks, and patents, with special emphasis on the procedure of registration of medical patents, as one of the most sensitive areas of patent law).
During his career and before joining “Jusufovic and Partners” law firm, Dusan Bajic was engaged in Belgrade Commercial Court, and after that in one of the most prominent law firms in Serbia for white-collar crime, and after that also in one of a leading commercial law firms in Serbia whose primary area of work is dispute resolution.
