Career
Dr. Michal Fisher is a licensed patent attorney since 2004, Israel Patent and Trademark Office. Michal was elected Board Member of the IPAA (Israel Patent Attorneys Association) at its General Assembly in December 2021. She is also Adjunct Professor at the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology, of the Graduate course in Patent Law and Practice.
Dr. Fisher specializes in the strategic management of intellectual property portfolios, patent and trademark drafting and prosecution, infringement analysis, patentability analysis, validity and freedom to operate opinions, also patent oppositions, portfolio evaluations, clearance opinions, client pre-investment due diligence, and litigation support.
Prior to establishing the firm, Dr. Fisher was a senior partner at a large Patent Attorney firm.
Today Dr. Fisher is co-founder of one of the leading IP firms in Israel, Fisher-Friedman IP Group. She personally represents leading Universities and Hospitals in Israel – giving strategic consultation and registration of IP rights.
