Sevinch is a lawyer with experience in registration and liquidation of legal entities, obtaining work permits and visas of various categories, as well as in preparing documents for accreditation of foreign persons. She is also experienced in analyzing Uzbek legislation and its practical application for Uzbek and foreign companies.
In her professional activities Sevinch has been involved in reviewing and drafting documents for the registration of legal entities as well as the registration itself, pre-registration and liquidation of legal entities. She has experience in dealing with government agencies and ministries, as well as with IT-Park.
Sevinch also has experience in obtaining IT-Park residency and IT visas for foreign persons. She has also been involved in registering intellectual property products with the Intellectual Property Agency.
