Career
Kamil El Haddad is a counsel at Hage-Chahine Law Firm and is a qualified attorney at law registered with the Beirut Bar Association.
With over two decades of experience in Real Estate and Construction Law, he frequently helps clients with real estate planning, real estate transactions, asset registration, site acquisition, funding, letting and disposal.
He is a senior litigator and specializes in real estate and construction disputes. He assists individual and corporate clients with commercial matters and handles all their administrative and financial transactions. As an expert of Bankruptcy Law, he also provides advice to distressed enterprises on issues pertaining to suspension of payments and composition with creditors to avoid bankruptcy.
Kamil El Haddad holds a DEA in Private Law and a L.L.B. in Lebanese Law from La Sagesse University (Beirut).
