Cesare Bandini joined the team at Loeb Smith as a Senior Associate in March 2023. Prior to joining the firm, Cesare worked as an Associate in the Corporate and Finance team at another offshore firm in the Cayman Islands where his work involved a wide array of transactions ranging from de-SPACs, restructurings, private M&As, debt and equity finance deals, incorporation of foundation or exempted companies in the virtual assets space and general corporate advisory work.

Prior to moving to the Cayman Islands, Cesare worked in the Corporate team at multinational law firm Pinsent Masons in the UK, advising on private M&A transactions (both buy-side and sell-side), Private Equity transactions (both investment and acquisition side), large group reorganizations and complex joint ventures.

At Loeb Smith, Cesare advises on (i) all aspects of investment funds (including hedge funds, private equity funds, tokenized funds and cryptocurrency funds) from formation, launch, ongoing advisory and then economic and legal winding down, (ii) M&A, and (iii) a wide range of corporate, restructuring and finance transactions in the (1) Blockchain technology/Web3, (2) Financial services, (3) Fintech, (4) Artificial Intelligence, (5) Private Wealth and Family Office, and (6) Restructuring and Corporate Recovery.
