He has more than 20 years of experience advising financial entities, funds and other participants in financial regulation, local and international credit agreements, corporate law, financial derivatives, investment vehicles and private equity funds, local and international issuances, foreign investments, exchange controls, securities operations, among others.
Edgar has worked in both the public and private sector en through his association with international and local law firms. He has also been part of the legal areas of different entities, including: Citibank, Davivienda and the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit.
