Career
Michel is an Associate who works on legal matters relating to corporate, civil and commercial laws. He is involved in drafting court submissions mostly in litigation relating to civil and commercial matter in various industries, mainly construction and banking. He is involved in drafting legal opinions and due diligence reports as well as drafting and reviewing contracts.
As a corporate lawyer and commercial litigation advocate, Michel is experienced in reviewing and advising business clients on the terms and impact of various legal documents. His experience with litigation gives him a unique perspective on business issues. Having seen firsthand what can go wrong enables him to help our clients better anticipate, prepare for and prevent problems in the future.
Michel is also a skilled corporate lawyer with experience in transactional analysis, mergers and acquisitions, and advises clients from business start-ups to seasoned companies. He has an experience in a variety of corporate law areas.
