Nivine is a junior lawyer who works on legal matters relating to corporate, civil and commercial laws. she is involved in drafting legal opinions and due diligence reports for international and local entities.  She assists in researching case laws, statutes and codes. She also liaises with official authorities that regulate the corporate affairs. She handles registrations and relationship with the official government entities and the Courts,  and prepares trial documents and assists in many legal responsibilities.
