Jose Luis is a founding partner at Cáez Muñoz Mejia, head of the Corporate Law Department, he has more than 14 years of experience. His practice is mainly focused in commercial and contractual matters, and corporate advisory and legal structuring of legal projects, among others.
Mr. Jerez is professor of International Business Law, International Antitrust and Competition Law at University of Sabana, of. He is former director of the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce, in the Consumer Law and Competition Law division. He also has worked as General Counsel of important companies such as American Motor Company, amongst others.
