Position
Maria Jose Duclaud specializes on national and international corporate transactions, with specific expertise in general corporate law. Maria Jose has provided advice to local and foreign clientes in connection with their investments in Mexico, drafting and negotiation of the relevant contracts for their operations, due diligence, e-signature regulation in Mexico and its implementation, as well as the management of their corporate books and daily maintenance of their legal entities in Mexico.
She has specialized in the negotiation and execution of leases for industrial assets, including single tenant, built-to-suit, multi-tenant and sale and leaseback.
