The dedicated, 14-strong team at Estudio Gabriel Macchiavello specialises in environmental advisory, counselling and litigation. On the contentious side the firm represent companies in lawsuits and administrative procedures related to collective damages, mass toxic torts, environmental damage, remediation and recovery of damages. Non-contentious expertise includes assisting on projects related to the oil and gas, petro-chemical, mining, renewables, food, agriculture and agrochemical industries, as well as advising on regulatory issues across the field.
