Position
Mark heads the Investment Fraud and Mis-Selling team at KP Law, specialising in complex and sensitive commercial disputes and fraud cases. Mark is an expert at managing international litigation and litigation financing.
Mark is leading a number of the group claims for the firm including claims against the London Metal Exchange together with the actions against the crypto exchanges Binance and Nexo to obtain losses for investors using all of these platforms.
He has also supported a significant number of British Armed Forces veterans who were mis-sold private pensions together with groups of professional sportspeople who have been victim to investment fraud or mis-selling, making claims over their financial losses and the emotional distress they experienced.
Career
Prior to joining KP Law, Mark was a Partner and head of the Fraud and Investigations practice at Trowers & Hamlins LLP where he was routinely instructed to obtain redress for losses suffered as a result of fraud with clients ranging from high-net-worth individuals to large multi-national corporates and group of investors seeking recovery in multiple jurisdictions.
