Position

Andrew is Managing Director of KP Law, taking primary responsibility for the growth and direction of the firm. As a seasoned commercial litigator, he has a deep understanding of collective redress and litigation finance.

Andrew established KP Law in 2019 and developed its practice to include claims in emissions, worker rights, data breach and privacy, financial products, investment fraud and mis-selling and competition.

Andrew resolved claims for over 10,000 Uber drivers seeking redress for historic failures by the company to grant workers’ rights and is also representing Tesco store workers in a group action claim for unpaid wages. He also leads the firm’s case against VW, Vauxhall and Mercedes.

Career

Prior to joining KP Law, Andrew was a Partner at Gowling WLG (UK) LLP where he represented clients at all tiers of the England and Wales judicial system (including the Court of Appeal and Supreme Court), ranging from high-net-worth individuals to large corporates and sovereign wealth funds.

He has particular expertise in litigation finance, having advised numerous claimants and litigation funders on complex and innovative financing transactions.

Andrew trained and qualified as a solicitor at Simmons & Simmons LLP, completing his LLB at the University of Birmingham and his Legal Practice Course at De Montfort Law School.
