Career

Joerg has advised Swiss and foreign corporate clients on merger and acquisition engagements as well as on restructuring and cross-border transactions.

He is a member of the Brexit Taskforce of the Swiss practice dealing with the impact of Brexit on Swiss companies and supporting clients to identify their UK exposure and define the necessary steps to deal with various direct and indirect consequences.

He has performed and coordinated various legal due diligences for national and international clients in the retail, textile, banking and Chems and Pharma sector.

He has been in charge of relocation projects of listed companies and has gained a substantial experience in the management of complex international projects involving foreign jurisdictions.

He is also experienced in providing legal advice in areas of compliance like organisational structures of listed companies and reviewing compliance management systems.

He is at ease working in a multidisciplinary environment along with experts of other disciplines (e.g. tax, audit, transaction services and corporate finance).
