Jack is a solicitor with over two years post-qualification experience in the area of corporate and commercial law. Jack has experience in mergers and acquisitions, transfers of business, investments and venture capital, corporate governance, and drafting commercial contracts.

Professional Experience

More specifically, Jack has worked in the following areas:

• Corporate Transactions / Mergers: provided advices and assistance to clients on domestic and cross border mergers.
• Investment and Venture Capital: advice in relation to investment deals and fundraising rounds, and drafting and negotiation of shareholders agreements.
• Domestic Group Reorganisations: transfer of shares, business and assets and entity simplification projects.
• Corporate Governance: advice and assistance in relation to directors duties, corporate compliance and reporting obligations, directors loan issues and financial assistance.
• Commercial Contracts: advising on supplier agreements, distribution agreements, services agreements, rental/hire agreements, partnership agreements, manufacturing contracts, EU grant agreements.
• Data Protection Compliance and Data Privacy: advices to major clients on compliance with GDPR and domestic data protection laws, and advices in respect of intellectual property documentation (trademarks, designs, domain names).
• Vendor and Buyer Due Diligence: project management and implementation of due diligence projects for high value domestic and international clients.
