Managing Partner. His practices involves conduction and management of the Administrative and Public Law team, focused in Government non-tax relations, including regulation, public bidding and administrative contracts, public service concessions, permissions and public-private partnerships, as well as Administrative Improbity Law, Anti-Corruption Law, and other issues related to the Public Administration.

Career

Rafael has more than 20 years of practice in the Public Law area. He is one of RMMG founding partner. He is also an associate professor of administrative and notarial law of the Department of Public Law and Philosophy of Law and as a Professor of administrative law in the state laws specialization course Graduate studies program in law (Master’s degree and PhD) at the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS). He also served as Deputy Judge at the Regional Electoral Court of Rio Grande do Sul (TRE-RS) between 2016 and 2018. Lecturer on subjects related to administrative law, AJURIS, FMP and ESMAFE.
