Diane Dartois is avocate, member of the Strasbourg Bar since 2015. She holds a Master II in Business Law (DJCE) and a Certificate in Corporate Law from the University of Strasbourg, as well as a Magister Legum (L.L.M) / Master 2 in French and German Business Law from the Universities of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne and Cologne. She mainly advises French and German companies in real estate and corporate law. She regularly represents her clients before the French courts in business law disputes.

After an experience as an associate at the law firm Judicia then as a legal manager in an accounting and auditing firm, she joined Valoris Avocats in October 2016.
