Career
Yuriy Demchenko is a well known litigation and criminal attotney-at-law in Ukraine. He has a long-standing practice in criminal law, providing intensive criminal defense for economic crimes, tax evasions, fraud, malfeasance as well as crimes of corruption. As a trial lawyer he has represented many companies before Ukrainian courts including the Supreme Court with commercial disputes. He also focused his practice in a very narrow area – protection of business reputation, honor and dignity (defamation cases). Yuriy Demchenko represented many politicians and famous public figures before Ukrainian courts with defamation cases. He also practice international trade law and managing complex multinational trade agreements.

Yuriy Demchenko has been a member of the Ukrainian National Bar Association since 2008. He is a lecturer at the Higher School of Advocacy of UNBA. Head of the Section on Protection of Business Reputation of the National Bar Association of Ukraine. He was awarded a medal of the National Bar Association of Ukraine for profound contribution to advocacy.
Yuriy Demchenko is a recognized and legalized Advocat of the Sachsen Bar Association of Germany (Sachsen Rechtsanwaltskammer). In 2023 he was registered in the Bar Register of the National Bar Association of Germany (Bundesrechtsanwaltskammer). Head of Litigation Group’s law practice in Germany.
