Khurram is a US-qualified commercial litigator and international arbitration specialist based in Dubai. He has more than a decade of experience at major international firms, including Baker Botts, KWM, and Addleshaw Goddard. Khurram has significant experience handling complex commercial disputes, finance, shareholder, and M&A disputes and disputes concerning trade and manufacturing, infrastructure, and technology.

His experience as arbitration counsel includes ad-hoc and institutional proceedings under LCIA, ICC, DIAC, DIFC-LCIA, SCCA, SIAC, HKIAC, ICDR, AAA, SCAI, and UNCITRAL Rules. He also takes appointments as an arbitrator.
