Mr. Robin started his professional career with Stellar Chambers. Since he has joined the firm, he has gained significant experience in advising local and foreign media and marketing agencies. He has obtained commendable knowledge on the laws appertaining freedom of expression and right to privacy and had been pivotal when assisting the firm in advising the media firms on the conflict between the two rights. He has extensive experience in family matters, including succession, divorce, guardianship matters etc., as well as land law and criminal law matters. He has also assisted his learned senior lawyers in international commercial arbitration.

Notable Engagements:

• Advised, as part of a team, a leading marketing agency on advertisement laws of Bangladesh in relation to a high valued promotional content;
• Provided legal opinions, as part of a team, to a leading social development organisation on the laws appertaining registration of NGO;
• Assisted in drafting agreements for a leading event management company;
• As part of a team, advised a leading company on the laws in relation to hosting events in Bangladesh.
