Omar joined ADSERO in 2021. He is a junior associate in the Corporate and Commercial practice group, where he is developing his practice advising clients on a broad range of issues. His practice focuses on providing day-to-day legal support in general corporate, regulatory, distribution & franchise, and employment matters. Omar participates in many high-profile matters with different market key players in diverse sectors (e.g., TMT, E-commerce, Pharmaceuticals, and F&B).
After graduating from the Faculty of Law; Cairo University, Omar joined one of the top tier law firms in Egypt, where he represented various national and multinational clients on different aspects of Egyptian laws.
