Habiba joined the Capital Markets and M&A team in ADSERO – Ragy Soliman & Partners in 2020. Prior to joining Adsero, Habiba has interned in top tier law firms. Habiba works across different industries and has experience in multiple legal disciplines including the fields of: M&As, capital markets, corporate structure, employment, Islamic finance, Sukuk and general corporate and commercial. Habiba is also experienced in drafting and reviewing all types of commercial agreements, providing legal advice on transactional & non-transactional corporate and regulatory matters, advising on restructuring plans and strategies, executing M&A transactions including conducting legal due diligence, conducting legal research, drafting and reviewing transaction documentation.Habiba also handled all regulatory work in connection with the issuance of different types of licenses for industrial and commercial premises.
During her time with Adsero Habiba participated in the acquisition of Egypt’s Ismailia Agricultural.
