Soha joined ADSERO – Ragy Soliman & Partners in 2020 as a Junior Associate in the firm’s Capital Markets and M&A practice area. Before joining ADSERO, Soha worked as a Teaching Assistant at the German University in Cairo (GUC) and interned at top tier law firms. Soha works across various industries and has experience in multiple legal disciplines, including the fields of M&A, capital markets, corporate structure, employment and general corporate and commercial.
In addition, Soha is experienced in drafting and reviewing all types of commercial agreements, providing legal advice on transactional & non-transactional corporate and regulatory matters. Moreover, she is skilled in advising on restructuring plans and strategies, executing M&A transactions including conducting legal due diligence, conducting legal research, drafting and reviewing transaction documentation.
