Mariam joined the Capital Markets and M&A team in ADSERO – Ragy Soliman & Partners in 2020.  Prior joining Adsero, Mariam interned in top tier law firms.

Mariam works across different industries and has experience in multiple legal disciplines including the fields of: M&As, capital markets, corporate structure, employment and general corporate and commercial.

Mariam is also experienced in drafting and reviewing all types of commercial agreements, providing legal advice on transactional & non-transactional corporate and regulatory matters, advising on restructuring plans and strategies, executing M&A transactions including conducting legal due diligence, conducting legal research, drafting and reviewing transaction documentation.

During her time with Adsero, Mariam assisted in the acquisition of Egypt’s Ismailia Agricultural Company.
