Career
Fagr joined ADSERO – Ragy Soliman & Partners as an Associate in 2021. She has more than four years of experience in the general Corporate & Commercial sector. Fagr acts as the legal consultant of several domestic and multinational companies, providing day-to-day support and advice on doing business in Egypt, handling the said companies’ corporate matters, reviewing and drafting an array of agreement types thereto; being involved in multiple incorporations and restructuring.
Fagr is well versed in different industries such as logistics, real estate, food and beverage, electronics, with a strong focus on pharmaceuticals. In addition to being primarily focused on Corporate and Commercial practice, Fagr has obtained experience in other legal sectors, inter alia Intellectual Property and Arbitration.
Furthermore, Fagr has solely implemented the legal framework of a regional strategic project adopted by Egypt, concerned with establishing a navigational line between Lake Victoria and the Mediterranean Sea, “VICMED project”, throughout its pre-feasibility study phase.
Fagr participated in numerous extracurricular activities related to law and politics throughout college. For example, in 2014, Fagr assumed the role of Vice-Chair Lady of the committee on Foreign Relations at the Model of American Congress. In addition, in 2016, she was the President of the Moot Court Model at Cairo university.
At Cairo University, Fagr participated and achieved remarkable success in two international events, namely “Oxford Price Media Moot Court Competition” and “The World Universities Law Project”.
