Career

Ibrahim has been part of the senior leadership team of ADSERO – Ragy Soliman & Partners, first as a Senior Associate and currently as a Counsel. He has more than nine years of work experience, speaks fluent Arabic and English and is qualified to practice law in Egypt.

He has extensive experience in complex restructuring, M&A and capital market transactions, drafting and reviewing all types of commercial agreements, providing legal advice on transactional & non-transactional corporate and regulatory matters. Additionally, he is an expert in advising on restructuring plans and strategies for local and multinational companies, executing M&A transactions, including conducting legal due diligence, conducting legal research, drafting and reviewing transaction documentation.

Ibrahim has specialized legal experience in establishing fund structures and handling the regulatory and M&A transactions in Agriculture, Education and Healthcare sectors.

Moreover, as an attribute to Ibrahim’s profound experience with the Libyan market, he is currently leading the establishment of the Libyan desk at ADSERO, permitting the firm to advise local and international clients interested in conducting business in Libya.

Ibrahim is a member of the International Association of Young Lawyers (AIJA) and the African Studies Center at Leiden University. Furthermore, Ibrahim contributes to the Doing Business unit at the World Bank Group, which issue a yearly publication on doing business in countries across the globe. Moreover, Ibrahim has written publications for Chambers Global Practice Guides and LexisNexis.
