Sarah is a highly accomplished Clinical Negligence solicitor with more than 28 years’ experience. She has extensive experience in all aspects of Clinical Negligence but specialises in complex cases surrounding birth injury and surgical claims. In one recent eight-month period she recovered in excess of £28 million for clients in Clinical Negligence cases; included in this sum are several birth injury claims where damages have been awarded on the basis of a lump sum and then yearly payments for life.

Sarah demonstrates a truly client centred approach, working closely with clients to assist them in achieving the most suitable and desirable outcome aligned to their personal needs and circumstances. In many cases, rehabilitative solutions and long-term care programmes are required and Sarah facilitates and develop these with engagement of appropriate third parties. She regularly achieves multi-million-pound settlements for clients, and she is renowned for her ability to secure interim payments of damages for clients so as to help them begin rehabilitative action as early as possible.
