Partner of the firm, specialist in issues of conciliation, labour administration and labour proceedings.

He has more than eighteen years experience in strategic planning and representation of clients in employment law disputes and claims; his practice includes compliance, inspections, conciliation and procedures at Governmental Entities, as well as at Judiciary.  He has been a Senior Associate of the firm since 2019.

Eduardo has several publications in current employment law affairs, individually and as part of a team of researchers. He is also a frequent speaker in training events in the subject for a wide range of audiences covering academia, public and private sector organizations.
