Pablo is Senior Associate in Mendoza’s Energy and Finance Practice. He has 12 years of experience in corporate, tax and M&A.

He has experience in public tax policies implementation, equity portfolio management and in corporate governance. Likewise, he has advised local and foreign clients in general corporate and contractual matters, as well as in the structuring, negotiation, and completion of transformation processes of domestic and foreign companies.

Before joining the Firm, Pablo was part of the corporate and M&A practice area of a leading international law firm based in Colombia, and he worked as an Advisor in the General Directorate of State Participation and in the Office of the Technical Deputy Minister of the colombian Minsitry of Finance and Public Credit.
