Baldev is the Managing Director. He is dual qualified in Singapore and England with more than 14 years of international experience across the world’s leading global law firms including a UK Silver Circle and New York Wall Street firm. He has particular expertise in the Oil & Gas and Commodities sectors most notably those connected with the regional markets of Indonesia, Vietnam, China and South Asia.
He advises on all aspects of the commodities sector from upstream activities to midstream trading and downstream consumption of oil, gas, minerals, metals and softs. His clients include state entities, financiers, trading houses and insurers.
Baldev is recognised as a trailblazer in the legal sector and is recognised as a top lawyer under 40 by Asian Legal Business, Singapore Business Review and Prestige.
